Check-In Questions

I was recently surprised at a conference I was facilitating  when the A/V guy asked what I wanted for my “walk up song.” Having never thought about it before, I punted and said “whatever fits the tone.” 

It later occurred to me that that’s a great check-in question. What’s your walk-up song? Keep in mind it’s all about the first 15-30 seconds. 

If I could go back and talk to that A/V guy again, I’d go with  Painkiller by Judas Priest.
